As a paintball fan, this is the kind of stuff I hate to see. A teenager by the name of Matheus Carvalho was arrested in Fort Myers for fleeing police deputies, resisting officers, driving without a license, and giving false identification.
The reason the police were originally looking for Carvalho? He and a friend were shooting paintballs out of their moving vehicle at passerby’s and other cars. From the report:
“Shortly before midnight, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office received a report about two males in a car shooting paintballs at people and vehicles near Kenwood Lane and US-41.”
We all know that paintball markers aren’t weapons, and seeing a criminal use one as such brings shame upon the entire sport. As someone who has enjoyed watching the rapid increase of paintball popularity over this generation, it’s a shame when things like this occur that give the game a black eye.
We extend a hearty congratulations to the local authorities for a job well done.

oh jeez…. like this is the stuff I have to tell assure my high school principal about every day in order to keep our team at school and to help make a good name for the sport. Why do people have to do this? at least throw them or use a sling shot… but actually shooting the people with it? That’s one hell of a dick move bro…
What A Loser
Looks like a douche…
My windshield just got smacked with a wad of wet toilet paper while I was doing about 75 m.p.h.
Fortunately, it was on the passenger side. I don’t know what it was fired from, but it hit the vehicle at high velocity. There are some really deep thinkers out there who should consider the possible result of their stupidity.
